12,000 ton capacity Frac Sand Transload terminal with Four (4) 38’ dia. x 100’ tall fully skirted tanks with truck drive throughs and roll up doors, weather enclosures between tanks, dual truck scales with extended approach and exit with mud grizzly, dust free load-out equipment, dual rail spur unloading pit with automated industrial sump system and drive through weather enclosure building, 400 TPH reclaim conveyor with belt scale, head section maintenance platforms and jib crane, penthouse with stair access and machinery door with maintenance jib, 400 TPH bucket elevator with jib crane and electric hoist, stair tower, distributor valve, abrasion resistant chutes with bent supports, totally enclosed transfer conveyors, dust collection, instrument quality compressed air system with primary and secondary units, control room/office and MCC buildings, and PLC based controls with modern MCC.
This project was provided as a turnkey design-build system and included: engineering, project and construction management, procurement and contracts administration, equipment, controls/MCC, foundations and concrete work, structural/mechanical, and field electrical site work, and start-up assistance.
