PROJECT PROFILE FEATURES
Lime bulk storage and Transload terminal: This facility was built in two phases. Phase one included a 1,000 Ton and 250 Ton storage tank on elevated truck drive through support structures, 135 TPH bucket elevator, distributor valve and silo feed chutes, mechanical flow inducement, truck loading equipment, dust collection, and instrument quality compressed air system. Phase II included a duplicate 1,000 ton silo on a truck drive through support structure with enclosure, transfer drag conveyor, and all ancillary equipment. This system was provided as a bulk storage and material handling system turnkey project that included project management, engineering, equipment, and site structural/mechanical installation services with construction management.
