PROJECT PROFILE FEATURES
Lime Hydrator feed system designed to handle Dolomite Lime, and to include: Three (3) 18’ dia. x 75’ tall, fully skirted tanks with 441 Tons of usable storage each (total of 1,323 tons), 30 TPH Silo feed bucket elevator and screw conveyors, dust collection, silo reclaim screw conveyor system rated for 28 TPH. This system was provided as a bulk storage and material handling system turnkey project that included project management, engineering, equipment, foundations, and structural/mechanical installation services with construction management.
