PROJECT FEATURES
Frac Sand Transload Terminal with four (4) 38’ dia. x 100’ tall and two (2) 26’ dia. x 80’ tall, fully skirted tanks with truck drive throughs and dual scale system, dust free truck loading equipment, two (2) rail spur unloading pits with dual tracks and truck drive over bridge, reclaim conveyors, automated industrial sump system, penthouse’s with stair access, bucket elevators, stair tower, distributor valves, abrasion resistant chutes with bent supports, dust collection, instrument quality compressed air system, control room, PLC based controls with modern MCC and building. This project was provided as a turnkey design-build basis to including: engineering, project and construction management, procurement and contracts administration, all concrete, structural, mechanical, and field electrical site work with back-up generator, and start-up assistance.
