12,000 ton capacity Frac Sand Transload terminal with Four (4) 38’ dia. x 100’ tall fully skirted tanks with truck drive through and roll up doors, weather enclosures between tanks, dual truck scales with extended approach and exit with mud grizzly, dust free load-out equipment, dual rail spur unloading pit with drive through weather enclosure building, 400 TPH reclaim conveyor with belt scale and head section maintenance platforms and jib crane, heat traced sump system, penthouse with stair access and machinery door with maintenance jib, 400 TPH bucket elevator with jib crane and electric hoist, stair tower, distributor valve, chutes and supports, transfer conveyors, dust collection, compressed air system with primary and secondary units for instrument quality air and heat tracing, MCC building, control room/office building with controls.
This project was provided as a turnkey design-build system and included: Project management, engineering, equipment, controls/MCC, foundations and concrete work, structural/mechanical installation, field electrical, and site construction management.
