PROJECT FEATURES
Phase II Fly Ash Truck Load-out expansion project consists of an additional second truck load-out system to the existing Phase I Project which included: Extending the conveyor support truss with catwalk, provide and install a new air-slide conveyor, retractable loading spout with inline dust collector, truck drive through support structure with maintenance access, truck scale, control room and PLC based controls, instrument quality compressed air system, and expanded the approach and exit road way with guard railing.
This project was provided as a design build turnkey project, and included: engineering, project and construction management, procurement, contracts administration, concrete and foundations, structural, mechanical, and field electrical site work, and start-up assistance.
